Why Aspire?
We understand.
We understand the complexities and frustrations when a family reaches out to us.
We believe.
We believe that there are no closed doors, only opportunities and alternatives.
We empower.
We empower families by providing them with the knowledge to choose with confidence.
The Aspire Group is . . .
Informed.
We travel over 100,000 miles each year in order to stay up-to-date on the programs and schools that we discuss with our clients. First-hand knowledge helps us determine which program is best suited for each client.
Compassionate.
We have the unique ability to really listen and hear what a child or young adult is saying. We don’t just look at test results on paper, but we get to know our clients in order to recommend the best matched programs. We know that there is more than one dimension to consulting.
Experienced.
We have a solid, successful business history. For over 25 years, The Aspire Group has supported families in need across the U.S. and throughout the world.
Credentialed.
The Aspire Group is made up of a full collection of licenses, certifications and advanced degrees. Imy is skilled at interpreting the multitude of tests that are often made a part of a thorough evaluation. All members of The Aspire Group who see clients hold at least one license or certification.
Published.
Imy Wax is the co-author of The K&W Guide to Colleges for Students with Learning Differences which is an informative reference guide for special students looking to achieve success in college.

25+ Years of Experience
Uniquely Aspire
Independent.
Our fee is paid by the family. We are an independent, unaffiliated, cost-effective solutions consultancy, never accepting compensation for referrals from outside sources.
Individualized.
There is no defined process to our work because every client is different. We partner directly with our families and their support team to develop an individualized master plan. One size does not fit all in determining what may be a best environment.
Transformative.
Whether support is needed to help choose day schools, boarding schools, therapeutic programs, wilderness programs, summer opportunities, colleges, alternatives to college, or young adult transition programs, our Educational Consultants have the knowledge and hands-on experience to make appropriate and “best fit” recommendations.
